User-Interface (GUI)

User-friendliness is an essential part in Logitime’s design. Logitime uses the familiar Windows XP design to provide a customisable, user friendly and easy to use graphical user interface.

Easy navigation

The Logitime Navigator enables you to quickly switch between functions within Logitime. Shortcuts within each function also provide simple and intuitive navigation. Each function you need is just one mouse click away.

User customisation

Logitime Start up Screen

You can adjust the desktop of Logitime for each user. This creates an ideal environment with only those functions needed by a user. Because of this the program can easily be applied anywhere within your company, from the shopfloor to the office.

User authorisation

Users can be authorised for specific departments, as well as for use of specific functions in Logitime.

The functions in Logitime have working modes which help to prevent accidental modifications. The user can be authorised for these working modes. It is possible that one user can only view employee data, while another can change these data.

Custom pictures

Daily Correction

Digital photographs can be used to visually recognise employees in various functions. Employee pictures are for instance shown at Security Information for Access Control purposes and at the Daily Correction.

Multi language support

Logitime International provides Logitime with English, French and Dutch language packs. Customers and partners can create custom language packs.

Each user can set his or her preferred language.
