Introduction

Logitime^® is a modular program, able to manage Access Control, Time & Attendance, Shop Floor Data Collection, Project & Budget Management, Human Resources and more. You can combine the modules and options to provide the perfect solution to your companies wishes.

Maintenance Employee The flexible structure of Logitime has been applied to all parts of the system. This guarantees that you can always configure the wishes and requirements of your organisation into the system without (usually very expensive) customisations.

For smaller companies the Logitime-Lite modules are available. These are simplified modules of Logitime which use the same technology. Upgrading modules can be done in a matter of minutes just by entering a new licence key.

One integrated program

Logitime Desktop Often solutions that are advertised as modular are separate programs artificially linked together by external interfaces, imports and exports. Sometimes the programs are even from different software suppliers and have completely different looks.

This is not the case with Logitime. All modules and options of Logitime are part of the same program and use the same structure, user-interface and database. Because of this, the integration between modules is brought to a high level. Another advantage is that data only needs to be entered once. All modules and options use the same data.

Multi-user

Logitime is available with a multi-user license. For every licensed concurrent user you can define three named users. Each user can be authorised for the use of specific functions in Logitime and for viewing cerain departments. Each user can start Logitime on his own workstation and perform his tasks.

Insight into your data

Logitime offers a wide range of ways to view your data. Insight in your data can be achieved using:

• Logitime functions from the available modules
• Predefined reports
• Custom reports
• Export functions

Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, e-mailed and/or be saved as a file (such as HTML, RTF, TXT). This process can be automated by the scheduler.
