With the Human Resources module (H.R.) it is possible to store a personal electronic file for each employee.

Define your own H.R module

You can completely customise your H.R. module, in an simple intuitive way. Define your own items to store as texts, numbers, hours, list and more.

Define folders to sort these items, in a way that suits your company.

Authorisation

If you store sensitive data, such as salary, it is likely that you don't want every H.R. user to see this information. Therefore you can specify per user which items and folder he can see and which items he can change.

Use T/A results

It is possible to use T/A results in your Human Resources module. This way the H.R user can see data like sickness and overtime for each employee.
